From Concepción
to Palm Springs.
"I see myself as a craftsman of construction, fully committed to quality and attention to detail."

A Legacy in Concrete
The journey began in Concepción, Chile. At the age of 19, Pablo entered the world of high-end development under the mentorship of his late father, Claudio Bravo. After he passed away in 2012 Pablo reshaped the skyline with landmark developments such as Claudio Bravo Building and San Ignacio Buildin, setting a new standard for luxury living in South America.

Architecture Without Borders
Driven by a thirst for innovation, Pablo expanded his horizons beyond Chile. His time living in Boston and Sydney shaped a unique architectural perspective, blending South American warmth with international precision. This global mindset became the cornerstone of his design philosophy: quality knows no borders.

Arriving in Palm Springs
Since 2004, the Coachella Valley has become a second home. Recognizing the unique beauty and potential of the desert landscape, Pablo brought his expertise to the U.S. market. From the custom residences in Bella Clancy in Rancho Mirage, Bravo 7 in Rancho Mirage, Mirada Estates in Rancho Mirage to the exclusive Bravo Collection in Indio, 3Lux has established itself as a distinguished presence in California's luxury real estate.

3Lux
Today, 3Lux stands as the culmination of more than three decades of experience. We are not just builders—we are artisans of construction. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to create spaces that are not merely lived in, but truly experienced. Each project is a bespoke work of architecture, crafted for those who seek the extraordinary.
"We don't just build houses or apartments.
we create homes."
